章 1: Behavior and Attitude standards
Behavioral Standards:As a Fully Fledged member of Sōai-kai you are expected to hold up and follow a C.O.C or Code of conduct.
The clothing you wear, how you present yourself, and, how you show respect or give respect to your fellow Kyodai.
As you are in this clan, you are to give everyone your full trust and respect, as are they.
Morality and Expectations:Every member within Sōai-kai is expected to use and have common sense. You are not to make racist or derogatory remarks, creating drama or roaming mindlessly as if you were a "NPC". Do not go around acting edgy just because you can, we do not tolerate that.
Do not endanger anyone, you are not to spread personal information, DDoS, or in way shape nor form attempt to instill fear or real-life danger to anyone regardless if they have wronged or offended you.
Subordination and RespectRegardless of what situation you are in, you are to never disrepect the chain of command, there are absolutely no excuses or reasonable actions behind it.
If we were without order, chaos would become the main issue within the Yakuza, consuming us all within it, the Yakuza thrives on two things, order and discipline.
All ranks from Kumicho to Kyodai and all ranks in between are to obey and follow the conduct. Those who fail to do so or disrespect it in any way are considered in violation of a sacred Oath they have taken upon themselves and the Kumicho and will face punishment.
Punishment will only be taken care of by the Kumicho and the Kumicho alone.
Yubitsume:We are all aware that you will face failure more than once within your life. As Sōai-kai is a traditional Yakuza we handle it with "Yubitsume". All official members (Fully fledged members) are expected to voluntarily commit Yubitsume.
Yubitsume is the action of cutting or shortening one's finger to atone for offenses against the clan and the Oyabun himself.
The actions will be recorded and logged.
The channel for Yubitsume will be public for everyone to see. Once you are to reach three fingers on a hand, you are exiled.
Pledge:Every single fledged member of the Yakuza being Shatei and up(+) are expected to pledge their absolute full loyalty to the Kumicho and every single Sworn Older Brother, or Kyodai and up of the clan.
If you are to fail or refuse, you will be exiled immediately.
章 2: Rules for interactions.
Within your time here you may see multiple groups out for us who will do anything within their power to interrupt our growth and take us down.
You are to follow these as these are rules, not suggestions.
Games:
If you are to go into unrelated games, you are to not speak to anyone outside of the clan ABOUT the clan. You are to have someone with you as a "battle buddy" just incase anything was to go down within the game. You are to leave if anyone starts anything or inform one of your superiors, though, never the Kumicho himself.
Other groups and families:
Talking to other groups are allowed, though, you are not to give up any information even if it seems harmless.
They may be out for us and use it against us, you do not want to be the reason behind your own clan's downfall. They are not your friends at the end of the day, everyone is out for blood in this line of work.
Deployment:
If you are on a "Deployment" you are to mainly speak within private chat or Discord direct messages, though, if it's a simple conversation, it is best to not look like an "NPC".
Usually, talking on deployment is forbidden within multiple clans, though, we encourage smalltalk.
How you speak:Anyone will take anything you say out of context at any time to get "dirt" on you and the clan. Refrain from saying anything outlandish or "clip" worthy. If you are to, it is to be in private messages or Discord direct messages. We do not want to see you in discord becoming a gif, joke, or on Medal being a clip of being outlandish, racist or troublesome.
章 3: Chain of Command Responsibility and Policy
Kumicho:
Kumicho is head of the clan. Their word is "law", you obey anything they say at all times.
Ranks below Shateigashira or a known Kyodai are not to message the Kumicho directly nor ping.
Refer to the Kumicho as their title, referring to them as name or username is disrespectful.
Saiko-Komon:
The Saiko-Komon is second in command and the head advisor to the Kumicho. The rank will only be given to the most trusted by the Kumicho.
They hold a major fact in Sōai-kai and it's well being as a clan.
Son Honbuncho:
The Son Honbucho is the underboss, they manage the Wakagashira and the Shateigashira directly. They are to keep up with clan activities, issues and handling issues within the clan.
If you have an issue with your Oyabun, you are to contact the Son Honbucho first.
Kanri-no:
The Kanri-No rank is majorly composed of Romob veterans who can provide valuable input and help with clan direction. They may give orders to Wakagashira directly.
FULLY FLEDGED MEMBERS
Wakagashira:
Wakagashira (First LT) is the absolute highest rank a member can become before becoming a part of the "Executive" board. Though, Wakagashira and Shateigashira are still executive members. They may be provided a sub-clan by the Kumicho and tasked with carrying out his will through that clan. These men report to the Son Honbucho or Kanri No at all times.
Shateigashira:
The Shateigashira (Second LT) assist their Oyabun (Wakagashira) in everything related to their sub-clan. If the Wakagashira is unavailable you are to report to the Shateigashira. The responsibilities of the Shateigashira are generally given by their Oyabun.
Kyodai:
As fully fledged members of the clan, Kyodai (Big Brother) represent Sōai-kai. If you make it here, you are one of the few, many cannot withhold the responsibility of getting to this rank. Kyodai give their full respect to each other and the other members of the clan. All input and suggestions by the Kyodai are valuable. The Kyodai's are expected to know every game we operate in, every enemy, and all members of Sōai-kai.
Shatei:
The Shatei (Little Brother) rank which is not only for men, a gender-neutral role just like Kyodai, it can be referred to as little brother or little sister. These members are well on their way to making their mark on the Yakuza. By showing their eagerness to strive and willingness, they show their loyalty to the Kumicho and his administration.
Senshi:
The Senshi (Associates/Warriors) are the largest active force of the entire clan. These men and women under the rank are aspiring members whom are all looking to make a mark and a name for themselves within the Yakuza. The Senshi should be looking to make themselves stand out with only good attitude and undying loyalty to the clan and to the Kumicho himself.
